August 13, 2024 **UPDATE*** Dear Resident(s), The 20ft storage containers have been delivered and will occupy the parking spaces on the back row of the parking lot. More equipment is scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, August 14th. The pouring of concrete for the final foundations along the columns in the medians on the West parking lot (Wheeler Road side) and erection of the solar carports will began Wednesday, August 14th and will continue until Tuesday, August 27th (due inclement weather the dates are subject to change). Regrettably, the West parking lot (Wheeler Road side) will be blocked off during this time. The Red area on the attached Google map indicate the location of the storage area and locations of the West parking lot (Wheeler Road side) where construction will take place. Cars parked in the highlighted areas will be towed to an open space within the parking lot. If no spaces are available, the car will be moved to 9th Street. We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause. This project now has an estimated completion date of Monday, October 14, 2024. Attn: Residents  DHS will re-open the ERAP application again on January 1, 2024. April 1, 2024, and July 1, 2024. Each quarter, DHS will close the portal once 3,500 applications are received. Currently, ERAP providers are reviewing the applications received since October 1, 2023, in the order they are received. ERAP providers will reach out to residents if additional documents are needed. NOTICE                                            FIRE ALARM TESTING               Wednesday, December 20th and Thursday, December 21st                                                8:30am – 4:30pm Please be informed that repairs are being made on the Fire Alarm System and Fire Alarm Testing will be conducted on Wednesday, December 20th and Thursday, December 21st from 8:30am – 4:30pm. Fire alarms will be activated and the fire shutter doors will be temporarily closed. Please do not be alarmed and there is no need to evacuate. All our facilities and services will operate as usual.
